Domain Registration and Renewals
Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers are processed through third-party domain registrars. Due to the nature of domain services, once a domain registration or renewal is completed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Service Usage
Since hosting resources such as server space, bandwidth, and technical setup are allocated immediately after activation, Profuturehosts does not provide refunds for partially used services, unused services, or early termination of services by the customer.
